About this collection
When we step out of the studio for a sunrise trek or gather for a wellness workshop, the mat becomes just the beginning. You will see us practicing Surya Namaskaras on mountain rocks as much as we share herbal tea and honest conversations about health. We do not just hold poses. We hold space for each other to grow, breathe, and find a bit of sanity in the Bengaluru rush.
Our community is built on the simple pillars of Abyasa (practice), Arogya (health), and Ananda (happiness). What you see here is a collection of our tribe's journey, which began in 2013 in a tiny shala.
