About The Deeksha Journey: Student Transformation & Certification
Our 100-hour in-house internship is what sets this training apart from standard certificate programs. You will not just be memorizing sequences; you will be on the floor in our Chamarajpet studio, observing actual therapy cases and managing props for students with different physical needs, so you develop the intuitive eyes of a teacher before you ever graduate.
True yoga teaching requires a deep understanding of both the physical body and the yogic tradition. This isn't a quick course; it is an initiation—Deeksha—designed for those who want to practice and teach with precision. Our curriculum bridges the gap between modern science and ancient heritage.
The Science of Alignment
We emphasize anatomy and physiology because safety is non-negotiable. Whether you are learning Hatha, Vinyasa, or Iyengar styles, you will master the use of ropes, blocks, chairs, and belts to support students at every level. You will learn to identify cervical and lumbar issues, manage spinal traction, and understand how to engage the parasympathetic nervous system for genuine healing.
