Join our Yoga Alliance certified teacher training course in Bangalore. We focus on authentic philosophy, safe alignment, and finding your voice as a guide, not just mastering poses.

This is a transformative experience designed to deepen your practice and prepare you to teach with confidence. My 200-Hour TTC course runs on weekends from 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM, making it accessible even with a busy schedule.

A new beginning. Here we are preparing the studio with flowers and diyas to welcome the first batch of our Teacher Training Course. Every new group brings a unique energy and a shared commitment to the path of yoga.

The opening ceremony for our August 2024 TTC batch. We come together with flower garlands and a traditional fire ceremony to set our intentions and bless the start of this profound journey of learning and self-discovery.

We begin every Teacher Training Course with a traditional puja. This sacred ceremony sets our intention, fosters a sense of community, and marks the beginning of a shared spiritual journey. It is a beautiful way to ground ourselves before we dive into our studies.

A key part of my TTC is mastering teaching methodologies. Here, you can see a theory session in progress, where students learn how to structure a class, provide clear instructions, and guide others safely through their practice, followed by deep relaxation.

A behind the scenes look at the creation of our 200-hour TTC manual. We put immense care into our study materials to ensure they are comprehensive, clear, and a valuable resource for our students long after the course is complete.

My TTC program is a comprehensive exploration of yoga. We delve into philosophy, anatomy, teaching methods, pranayama, and various meditation techniques to provide a well rounded and authentic education.

About this collection

Our training isn't just about checking boxes for a certificate. We start every batch with a traditional puja to set our intentions and finish with a celebration. You will spend your weekends—7 AM to 2 PM—diving into anatomy, philosophy, and real teaching practice, using props to understand alignment safely and mindfully.

At Pragalbha Studios, we approach teacher training as a journey inward. Whether you are aiming for your RYT-200 certification or simply want to deepen your personal practice, our weekend batches offer a structured path to growth. We focus heavily on biomechanics and safe alignment using props like wall ropes and blocks, ensuring you understand the 'why' behind every posture.

Our curriculum covers far more than just asanas. We dive into Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras, anatomy, and pranayama techniques like Nadi Shodhana and Brahmari. You will get extensive hands-on teaching practice in a supportive, close-knit group. Throughout the course, we emphasize clear, direct verbal cues—like our classic reminder, 'eradu ottige ettabedi ondondhe' (don't lift both together, one by one)—to help you learn how to guide others safely.

Every batch creates a community of its own. We believe the environment is a vital part of the learning process, so we start with a sacred opening puja and conclude with a yogic party of mantras and meditation. As a Yoga Alliance certified school, we provide the credentials and the practical experience you need to start your career with confidence.

We are Pragalbha Studios. We believe yoga is about slowing down, breathing, and showing up for yourself, rather than chasing an 'Insta-worthy' pose. Our teacher training reflects this—it is a space for you to grow, learn, and find your own voice as a guide.
