Our Community: Events, Celebrations & Outreach
Yoga is a practice of union, and community is at our heart. We gather for traditional rituals, festival celebrations, and public awareness programs to strengthen our bonds and deepen our shared spiritual practice.
The stage is ready for International Yoga Day. We were honored to celebrate with Jain College and JITO, bringing our community together to share the practice of yoga.
"Atha yoganushasanam. Yoga is not an asana, it is discipline." My opening words at our International Yoga Day event, where we guided over 200 participants on a journey inward.
We are proud to be featured in the Dakshin Bharat newspaper for our International Yoga Day celebration with JITO and Jain College. This recognition reflects our commitment to spreading holistic wellness.
Our International Yoga Day event was also covered in the Shubh Labh newspaper. It is a moment of pride to see the message of 'Har Din Yoga' (Yoga Every Day) reaching a wider audience.
A feature in Rajasthan Patrika from our large-scale community event. Our goal is to make yoga a part of everyone's lifestyle, from children to the elderly.
I explain the symbolism of the International Yoga Day logo to our students. It represents the union of the individual with the universe, and the harmony of the five elements.
Celebrating Holi, the festival of colors, with a sacred havana and the chanting of the Maha Mrityunjaya mantra. We believe in celebrating our traditions with spiritual depth and devotion.
About this collection
Our community events like Rudrabhishek and Holi Havana are where the real connection happens, far beyond the physical practice. We open these gatherings to everyone, providing a space to experience Vedic traditions and collective meditation together in our Chamrajpet studio.
We believe that the practice of yoga is incomplete without a sense of belonging. While our primary focus is on disciplined Hatha and Iyengar instruction, our community outreach acts as the glue that holds our students together. Whether it is organizing large-scale International Yoga Day events in collaboration with organizations like JITO or hosting intimate, traditional rituals like Rudrabhishek, we prioritize shared experiences that honor our cultural roots.
We invite our students to participate in these rituals not just as observers, but as active contributors to a collective energy. Chanting the Maha Mrityunjaya mantra during Holi or learning the significance behind the International Yoga Day logo helps ground your practice in something deeper than just movement. It is about understanding the science of devotion and how to integrate that into your daily life.
Our events in Chamrajpet are regular, and we encourage you to stay updated with our studio schedule. If you are looking to be part of a group that values spiritual discipline, Vedic heritage, and honest, non-commercial interaction, you will find a home here. Reach out to us to find out when our next community gathering or festival celebration is taking place.
