Kids Yoga Summer Camp
More than just summer fun, our camp builds focus, discipline, and a deep connection to nature. Through aerial yoga, gardening, and mindful play, we help children discover their potential in a supportive environment.
A student from our kids' summer camp presents her lesson on the science behind a Havan (fire ritual) and the five elements, demonstrating the blend of scientific and cultural learning we offer.
Gardening is Karma Yoga. The children in our summer camp learn to love the soil, seeds, and plants, connecting with nature and understanding the cycle of life.
Pure joy and confidence! A young student hangs upside down in an aerial hammock during our Kids Aerial Summer Camp. Play is an essential part of learning.
Our youngest teacher, Kushagra, demonstrates how to assist a student in chair Chakrasana. The summer camp empowers children to learn, teach, and share their knowledge.
About this collection
Parents often tell us they are surprised by how much their children retain after the camp. It is not just about keeping them busy; we actually explain the 'why' behind everything we do, like how we connect the science of a Havan to the five elements of nature. Your child won't just learn a pose; they will understand the logic, the discipline, and the joy behind it, whether they are working in the garden or hanging in an aerial hammock.
At Yogatute Health, we believe summer breaks are the perfect time to build healthy habits that last. Our camp is designed to move beyond the screen and into the body, using a blend of traditional yogic principles and modern developmental activities.
Why Our Approach Works
- Aerial Yoga for Trust & Focus: Using the hammock helps kids overcome fear, improve spatial awareness, and build upper body strength without it feeling like a rigid workout.
- Karma Yoga & Nature: We introduce the concept of Karma Yoga through gardening. When children plant seeds and nurture the soil, they learn about the cycle of life, patience, and responsibility.
- The Science of Discipline: Yoga is anushasan (discipline). We teach this not through restriction, but by making it a natural part of their day. From managing their energy to understanding the value of time and focus, these skills carry over into their school life and home habits.
- Holistic Education: We break down complex concepts like the five elements (panchamahabhuta) using simple, scientific explanations that make sense to young minds. We believe that when a child understands the logic behind a practice, their commitment to it grows.
We round off the camp with a formal certification ceremony, giving the children a sense of achievement and a tangible reminder of what they have accomplished. This is an invitation to explore, learn, and grow in a space where safety and joy are paramount. Join us to help your child build strength, focus, and a beautiful connection to themselves.
