Internationally Certified Hatha Yoga Teacher Training in Bengaluru
An authentic initiation into the path of yoga. Our teacher training blends traditional Hatha, Iyengar, and Ashtanga methods with deep anatomical science for a complete approach.
Our Hatha Yoga Teacher Training is built on the foundation of anushasan, or discipline. Here, our students practice inversions using the rope wall, a technique inspired by Iyengar yoga that builds strength, ensures spinal alignment, and deepens body awareness.
I believe yoga is a powerful tool for healing. In our Yoga Therapy training, you will learn to use props and specific asanas to provide relief for conditions like sciatica and chronic back pain, focusing on spinal traction and activating the parasympathetic nervous system for recovery.
We explore yoga in all its dimensions. This is a glimpse into our Aerial Sound Healing workshop, where we combine the weightlessness of aerial yoga with the resonant frequencies of Tibetan bowls to facilitate deep meditation and cellular rejuvenation.
A key part of our teacher training is the hands-on internship. Here, our trainees learn to give safe and effective adjustments in partner yoga, mastering poses like Dhanurasana (Bow Pose) to understand anatomy and support in a practical setting.
To teach yoga, one must understand its roots. I guide my students through the ancient philosophy of Panchabhuta, the five elements that constitute the body, bridging the gap between yogic science and modern biology to understand the body's innate power to heal.
The journey of yoga is one of profound transformation. Listen to Roshni, one of our dedicated students, share how the discipline of our practice took her from a state of inactivity to a life of energy, purpose, and self-discovery.
Our 'Deeksha' Yoga Teacher Training Course is an initiation into the authentic path of yoga. This internationally certified program covers everything from philosophy and anatomy to cleansing kriyas and a hands-on internship, blending Shivananda, Ashtanga Vinyasa, and Iyengar styles.
About this collection
Yoga teacher training is not just about mastering poses; it is about developing anushasan (discipline) and understanding the mechanics of the human body. During our 200 and 300-hour programs, you will go beyond the mat to study skeletal anatomy, parasympathetic nervous system activation, and therapeutic alignment using props like ropes and blocks. We prioritize safety and practical experience, which is why every student completes a mandatory 100-hour in-house internship, ensuring you graduate not just with a certificate, but with the confidence to guide others through their own journey of health.
Why Our TTC is Different
We call our program 'Deeksha' because it is an initiation into a lifestyle, not just a certification course. As a registered yoga school, our training is affiliated with JGI and the Indian Yoga Organisation under the AYUSH Ministry. We reject the modern rush of fitness culture, focusing instead on the science of the body and the silence of the mind.
The Curriculum
Our training covers Hatha, Ashtanga Vinyasa, and Iyengar styles. You will not just learn to demonstrate; you will learn to instruct.
- Anatomy & Physiology: We study the skeletal and muscular systems to prevent injury and promote long-term spinal health.
- Prop-Based Alignment: Using ropes, chairs, and blocks to achieve therapeutic alignment, particularly for back and neck issues.
- Yoga Therapy: Practical modules on managing conditions like Sciatica, PCOD, and diabetes.
- Cleansing Kriyas: Traditional practices like Jal Neti and Trataka to purify the body.
A Practical Path
We know that teaching requires confidence. That is why our curriculum includes a guaranteed 100-hour in-house internship. You will teach real classes under supervision, learning how to adjust students, handle queries, and cultivate a safe space. Whether you choose our intensive residential immersion in Chamrajpet or our non-residential format, you will graduate with a deep understanding of why we practice what we practice. This is the foundation you need to build a career that is both professional and personally fulfilling.
