Kids Yoga Classes and Summer Camps
Yoga shouldn't feel like a chore. At my Basaveshwaranagar studio, I make sure kids actually want to show up, combining playful games with fundamental poses for better focus and physical development.
Smiles and thumbs-ups from a successful Yoga Summer Camp. It is my greatest joy to see children discover the benefits of yoga in a fun, supportive group setting right here in Bangalore.
Happy Children's Day to all the kids and the child within each of us. I believe in letting children cherish every moment of their childhood, and my yoga classes are designed to be a joyful part of that journey.
Announcing my Kids Yoga Summer Camp. This is a wonderful opportunity for children to learn, play, and grow, building a foundation of health and mindfulness that will last a lifetime.
My Summer Yoga Camp is a highlight of the year. We combine yoga, breathing exercises, and games to keep children engaged, active, and happy during their school break.
About Kids Yoga & Summer Camps
I don't believe in forcing rigid discipline. In my studio, we use animal poses and high-energy flows to help your child burn energy while developing balance and concentration. My goal is to make every session feel like playtime, not a classroom lecture, so your child stays engaged and excited to learn.
Childhood is a precious time for growth, and I structure my sessions to support that naturally. My regular kids yoga classes and the annual 'Besige yoga shibira' (summer camp) in Basaveshwaranagar focus on improving neuro-motor skills and posture. We keep the sessions to 45-60 minutes, which is the sweet spot for a child's attention span.
We don't just stand still. We incorporate high-energy games and animal-inspired poses that keep things fun while quietly building their strength and flexibility. Whether it is improving their concentration for school or burning off excess energy, the activities are designed to be a positive release.
I keep group sizes small, typically 10-15 students, to ensure I can give every child individual attention and encouragement. If you are worried about your child being bored, don't be. We celebrate effort, encourage participation, and create a space where they can be themselves without the pressure of being perfect. It is about building a foundation of health and discipline that will serve them long after the class ends.
