A structured 200-hour program in Chandra Layout that prioritizes your personal practice and biomechanical understanding before you begin teaching others.

This image captures the collective energy of our community during a special session of 108 Surya Namaskars. My program emphasizes the importance of a strong, shared practice, whether you join us in person at our studio or connect with us online.

I believe the journey to becoming a yoga teacher begins with a deep commitment to your own practice. This program is designed to ground you in that personal experience first, so you can teach from a place of authentic understanding.

Perfecting an asana is not about achieving a final shape, but about understanding the alignment and intention in each movement. Here, I am guiding students in Trikonasana, focusing on opening the chest and aligning the pelvis to prevent strain and deepen the posture.

Pranayama is far more than a simple breathing exercise. It requires complete awareness. As I explain here, the ancient texts like the Hatha Yoga Pradipika insist on learning these subtle techniques from a qualified teacher to truly grasp the principles and avoid common mistakes.

Props are not a crutch, but a tool for deeper understanding and safer practice. In my teacher training, I guide you on how to use props like chairs and ropes to master alignment, build strength, and make advanced postures more accessible.

The culmination of our 200-hour Teacher Training Course is a moment of great pride. Here, our graduates are honored in a traditional Vedic ceremony, ready to share their knowledge with the world as certified yoga teachers.

A core part of our curriculum involves learning from masters in the field. It was an honor to host Dr. M. Jayaraman from SVYASA University for a guest lecture on the Yoga Sutras, providing our TTC students with deep, scholarly insights.

My personal practice is non-negotiable, even when I travel. I believe a teacher's guidance is only as strong as their own sadhana. This commitment to consistent practice, or *abhyasa*, is a central value I impart to all my students.

About Featured

We do not treat teacher training as a quick certification. We treat it as an abhyasa (consistent practice) that demands a foundation in your own body first. You will spend 14 weekends exploring biomechanics, prop usage, and structural alignment, learning not just how to perform a pose, but how to teach the internal mechanics behind it.
