Here, we explore the balance between strength and surrender. My teacher training course goes beyond individual practice, incorporating partner work that builds trust, communication, and a deeper understanding of yogic principles in a shared space.

We creatively use props like this bamboo stick to help students safely explore advanced backbends. This method provides support while building the core strength and spinal flexibility needed for challenging asanas, making them accessible to more practitioners.

Personal attention is at the core of my teaching. In this video, you can see how I provide hands-on assistance to help a student safely deepen their Dhanurasana (Bow Pose), ensuring correct alignment and preventing injury on their journey to advanced postures.

Our multi-style training includes the innovative use of props like chairs to master difficult poses. Here, a student achieves the full split (Hanumanasana) with stability and confidence, demonstrating how we make advanced yoga accessible and safe.

The collective energy of a group moving and breathing together is powerful. This synchronized Sirsasana (Headstand) showcases the focus, strength, and sense of community that you will build during the teacher training course with your fellow students.

Yoga is as much about the breath as it is about the body. This video shows our students practicing Nadi Shodhana (Alternate Nostril Breathing), a fundamental pranayama technique you will learn to calm the mind and balance your energy.
