About Our Teacher Training Programs
Our curriculum goes beyond basic asana. We focus heavily on therapeutic alignment and the scientific use of props, so you don't just learn to perform a pose—you learn to safely guide others through them. We prioritize hands-on teaching experience, ensuring you feel confident in front of a class the moment you graduate.
A Scientific and Spiritual Foundation
Teaching yoga is a sacred responsibility, or anushasan. My teacher training program is not just a certification; it is a Sadhana (discipline) designed to turn practitioners into knowledgeable guides. We look at the body through the lens of both ancient wisdom and modern anatomy, ensuring our instructors understand the 'why' behind every stretch.
What You Will Master
- Anatomical Precision: We don't just tell you to stretch. You will learn the mechanics of the cervical, thoracic, and lumbar regions, and how to safely navigate the parasympathetic nervous system for healing.
- Prop-Assisted Teaching: You will be trained in the use of chairs, belts, ropes, and benches. Learning to use these tools means you can teach anyone, including those with chronic joint issues or physical constraints.
- Real-World Experience: Theory is not enough. Our program includes a mandatory teaching internship, giving you real-time experience under mentorship.
Who is This For?
Whether you want to teach professionally, or simply want to take your personal practice to a level of mastery, this course is designed for you. We keep our batches small to ensure personal attention and manual adjustments for every trainee.
Certification & Path
We offer IYT certified programs ranging from 50 to 500 hours. Our training is structured to build your confidence gradually, moving from basic restorative poses to advanced asanas. Upon completion, you will be equipped to teach Hatha Yoga, therapy-based sessions, and therapeutic sequences for specific ailments like PCOD or spinal issues.
We don't just teach you how to pose; we teach you how to serve your students with integrity and deep knowledge.
