Don't treat your practice like a gym workout. In my sessions, we focus on specific postures like Dhanurasana to stimulate the abdominal organs, including the pancreas, and gentle inversions to support glandular health. Safety is my priority, so I guide you personally on how to use props—like wall ropes and wooden benches—to ensure your spine is supported while we work on hormonal regulation.
In the modern world, we rush through life and forget the importance of 'anushasan' or discipline. When it comes to managing conditions like PCOD, thyroid imbalance, or diabetes, the answer isn't always more medication. It is about reconnecting with your 'divya sharir', or divine body, and channelizing your 'prana' in the right direction.
My approach is a mix of science and devotion. We don't just bend and stretch. We target the parasympathetic nervous system to lower stress, which is often the biggest trigger for hormonal fluctuations. For example, in our diabetes-focused sequences, we emphasize poses that improve insulin sensitivity. For PCOD and thyroid management, we use specific asana sequences to balance the endocrine system.
Props are not just accessories here. They are tools for precision. Whether you are dealing with stiffness or pain, I use belts, chairs, and wooden benches to help you get the full benefit of a pose without straining your body. This makes the practice safe for everyone, whether you are a beginner or have been practicing for years.
We also incorporate 'Savasana' with sound healing to ensure complete recovery. Each session is tailored.
