About Our Sacred Space
You will notice our studio floor isn't just standard wood—we have incorporated a pebble reflexology path right at the entrance. It is designed to activate your sensory points the moment you step in, grounding your energy and preparing your body for the practice before you even reach your mat.
I built this space because I believe the environment shapes the practice. We moved away from the cold, clinical feel of a standard gym to create something that supports a 'work-in'. When you walk into our Chamrajpet studio, you see aerial hammocks hanging from the ceiling and statues of Buddha and Patanjali. These are not just decorations; they serve as reminders to guide your prana in the right direction.
We focus on the science of the nervous system and the parasympathetic response. You will find that our props—belts, chairs, and ropes—are always available to help you achieve correct alignment, regardless of your experience level. We prioritize safety and anatomical precision, ensuring you don't miss the breath, no matter how complicated the stretch feels.
This is a place for true yogic living. Whether you are coming here for a therapeutic session to manage thyroid or diabetes, or you are here for our intensive teacher training, the space is set up to support you. We use dimmable lighting, calming incense, and specific seating arrangements to ensure you feel at home in your own skin. This is where we combine the ancient knowledge of the Nadi systems with modern therapy, creating a sanctuary where you can leave the outside world behind and journey inward.
