200-Hour Residential Yoga Teacher Training

3-Day Sound Healing Certification

10-Day Yoga Massage Training (Tuition Only)
Techniques & Anatomy
- Method: Training in Thai Yoga Massage assisted stretching and myofascial release.
- Energy Work: Identification and manipulation of Marma points and Sen energy lines.
- Mechanics: Instruction on using body weight leverage to prevent therapist fatigue.
Practical Session
- Format: Daily partner-based practice giving and receiving massage under supervision.
- Supplies: Usage of Ayurvedic medicated oils and herbal powders in class.
- Credential: Certificate of Participation in Integrative Bodywork.

- Yoga Therapy Certification Course: We go deep into using yoga for real healing, covering therapeutic interventions, Ayurveda basics, anatomy, and philosophy.
- Integrative Sound Healing Workshop: Learn how to use Tibetan singing bowls and other sound tools to help yourself and others relax, de-stress, and restore the nervous system.
- Yoga Massage & Bodywork: Workshops on conscious touch, fascia release, breathwork, and assisted stretching for hands-on healing skills.
- Ayurveda for Daily Wellness: We bring in daily routines (Dincharya), nutrition, and lifestyle tweaks from Ayurveda.
- Mind-Body Balance Practices: Yin yoga, pranayama, meditation, Qi Gong, and Tai Chi are all part of the mix.

My Story
Namaste, I’m B Srinatha. Thirty years on the mat, and still loving every bit. My beard’s gone grey, folks call me ‘Sir’—but don’t let that fool you. My shala in Mysore is a riot of dancers, artists, wild souls from everywhere. We laugh, we fall, we get up. Yoga for me? Not just asanas. It’s daily dincharya, singing bowls, Mudgar swings, and watching my students shine. Seeing them become teachers, that’s my real joy.
