This is a glimpse into the energy of my contemporary flow class. We focus on exploring movement influenced by 'Flying Low' techniques, pushing our limits with speed and flow in a supportive space where everyone is encouraged to grow.

For dancers ready for a challenge, I offer two-month intensive programs. We dive deep into body conditioning, contemporary technique, contact improvisation, and physical theatre to build skills and create a final performance piece.

About Featured
Whether you are stepping into your first contemporary class or leveling up with Flying Low and floor work, my sessions are about finding your rhythm. I do not teach rigid steps; we focus on conditioning your body, finding your flow, and expressing yourself honestly. Every class is an open space, whether you are a beginner or looking to refine your technique.
My Approach to Movement
Dance is my way of listening to my body. I am not chasing perfect steps. I want you to feel something honest when you move. I have trained at places like the Terence Lewis Institute, Attakalari, and even in Spain, but my teaching is rooted in one thing: the art of improvisation.
What I Offer
I break my sessions down into three main formats so you can choose what fits your current goals:
- Themed Workshops: These are high-intensity, single sessions (2-3 hours) where we dive into specific techniques like Flying Low (gravity/speed) or Contact Improvisation. Perfect if you want to experiment with a new style.
- Seasonal Intensives: If you are hungry to push your skills, these 5-7 day modules take you from conditioning foundations to constructing full movement sequences.
- 1-on-1 Coaching: If you are prepping for a competition or need to work around an injury, I offer private sessions to focus on your specific body mechanics and choreography.
Where We Move
I teach across several studios in Bengaluru, including Danzelle and Dance-Inn in JP Nagar, Geetanjali in HSR Layout, and the Centre for KALA on Cunningham Road. I also hold sessions at Namma Nook and am available for online classes if you want to train from home. No matter the location, the space is always open, supportive, and free of judgment. Come as you are, build your strength, and find your flow.
