Welcome to Delhi Rock! This is where you can learn to fly, build incredible strength, and express yourself through aerial arts. We offer classes in aerial silks, pole, hoop, and Vayu yoga for all levels.

In our Vayu Yoga classes, our instructors provide hands-on support to help you safely explore new poses. Here, Acharya Suresh guides a student into a deeper inversion, demonstrating our focus on safe, progressive learning.

Our bright, spacious studio at the DDA Stadium in Siri Fort is the perfect place to practice. With high ceilings, professional rigging, and plenty of natural light, it's a welcoming environment for everyone.

Aerial arts are for everyone, including kids! We love seeing our youngest members discover the joy of movement, building confidence and coordination in a fun, supervised setting.

Aerial arts can look intimidating from the ground, but our studio at Siri Fort is built specifically to make learning safe and approachable. We use professional-grade crash mats under every rigging point and keep our group coaching small, usually capping at 8 to 12 students, so you get real, hands-on attention from our instructors whether you are learning your first climb or working on a new inversion.

At Delhi Rock, we view aerial arts as more than just a performance; it is a full-body workout that builds functional core strength, flexibility, and body awareness. Whether you are swinging in a hammock for Vayu Yoga or training on silk fabrics, you are essentially using your own body weight to challenge your muscles.

What You Will Find Here

  • Aerial Silks: This is where you learn climbs, wraps, and drops. We focus on technique first, helping you gain the control needed to flow through sequences with grace. It is tough, but incredibly rewarding.
  • Vayu Yoga: We use soft hammocks to help you decompress the spine and move into yoga poses that are often difficult to hold on the ground. It is a fantastic way to open up tight shoulders and hips.
  • The Environment: Our space at the DDA Stadium, Siri Fort, provides high ceilings and consistent, professional rigging. It is a bright, airy place where everyone—from absolute beginners to regular trainers—is welcome to practice.

Practical Details

We want to keep things simple for our community. You can drop in for a single session if you are just curious, or pick up a monthly pass if you are ready to build a consistent practice. We also run aerial hoop and pole classes, so there is always something new to try. If you are joining on an unlimited membership, remember that those spots operate on a first-come, first-served standby basis. It is always a good idea to check in with us about the current schedule before you head over, as our timings can shift occasionally.
