We don’t just watch you do an asana; we make sure you’re actually feeling the stretch and breathing right. Whether you’re a beginner struggling with your first forward fold or someone looking to deepen your practice, I focus on correcting your posture in real-time so you don't pick up bad habits. It’s about building a rhythm that works for your body, not forcing a pose that hurts.
Yoga is often misunderstood as just gymnastics. Here at Anubhuti Yog, it is about the 'Anubhuti' or the feeling. In our group sessions, we balance dynamic flows with restorative stillness. We start with joint loosening—Sukshma Vyayama—to wake up the body, move into strength-building asanas, and always end with a guided relaxation or meditation like Yoga Nidra to quiet the mental noise.
Our classes are designed to be inclusive. We see office professionals, students, and seniors all on the mats together. You will find that our sequences specifically target the 'sookhapan' (stiffness) that comes from desk jobs, focusing on neck, shoulder, and spinal alignment. We keep the groups intimate enough that I can personally ensure your form is safe. If you have chronic back pain, migraine, or high stress levels, do let me know before we begin; we can modify the flow to ensure you get the therapeutic benefits without strain.
