About Group Classes: In the Studio & Outdoors
When you step onto the mat with us, forget about perfection. Whether you are holding a tree pose in the park or trying a headstand in the studio, the focus is on connection rather than flawless alignment. We work on your individual pace while feeding off the energy of the group, making it easy to stay motivated.
My group sessions are designed to break the monotony of a solo practice. Practicing outdoors in local parks lets us connect with nature, bringing a sense of openness to our yoga flow. In the studio, we have a controlled, focused environment perfect for nailing those trickier inversions like the headstand or deep stretches like mermaid pose.
I keep classes inclusive. Whether you are a total beginner or someone who has been practicing for years, everyone works at their own level. Seeing a kid mastering malasana or a group holding tree pose together shows the beauty of this community. We do not just do asanas; we create a space where you can laugh, shake off the day, and breathe.
If you have questions about specific poses or are worried about your flexibility, do not worry. We adapt moves for every body type. From using props to modify a cobra pose to finding balance in group meditations, the aim is to help you build strength safely. You will find that the shared energy of the group makes it easier to push past your comfort zone, helping you stay consistent with your health goals.
