About Class Schedules & Information

Our schedule is designed for both early risers and those needing an evening unwind, with options ranging from traditional Mysore and Led classes to our signature Flex & Flow sessions. If you are new to the mat, we recommend starting with our Hatha sessions or the Intro Ashtanga course, which gives you the space to learn at your own pace without feeling rushed. You can always drop in for a single session to see how it feels before committing to a class pass.

Understanding Our Practice

We offer a variety of classes because we know that one size rarely fits all. Our Greater Kailash studio is a space for everyone, from beginners to long-time practitioners. Here is a breakdown of how we approach our sessions:

  • Mysore Style: This is our traditional Ashtanga approach. You practice the sequence at your own pace while we provide personal, hands-on adjustments. It is silent, focused, and ideal for building long-term discipline.
  • Led Ashtanga: We move together, breath by breath. It is a fantastic way to build heat and rhythm as a community.
  • Hatha Yoga: These sessions focus on foundational postures and breath. It is gentle, making it a perfect starting point if you are looking to ease into your practice or reset mid-week.
  • Flex & Flow: Our evening mixed-style classes. We blend Vinyasa, Hatha, and Ashtanga elements to help you de-stress after a workday.

Important Details for Your Visit

  • Moon Days: In keeping with Ashtanga tradition, we remain closed on Full Moon and New Moon days. Please check the schedule accordingly.
  • Class Size: To ensure everyone receives proper instruction, we keep our groups small, typically under 15 participants. This allows us to provide individual attention.
  • Amenities: We provide blocks, straps, and bolsters. You are welcome to use our studio mats if you do not have your own. We also provide filtered water, so please bring your bottle.
