Yoga is a shared journey. Join our community in Panchsheel Park, where we focus on breath, technique, and collective energy rather than performing poses.

A class in Savasana, the final resting pose. This is a moment of collective surrender, where the benefits of the practice are absorbed in stillness.

A large group class working on standing balances. The shared focus and energy in the room are palpable and uplifting.

Students practicing Supta Padangusthasana together. Even in a large class, the practice remains an individual journey supported by the group's energy.

A student in a moment of focused intention at the start of class. The will to improve begins in the mind, and our community supports that inner resolve.

The beautiful energy of our community in meditation. The peace in the shala is created by the practitioners who leave a bit of their energy behind.

A full class using yoga wheels to open their spines. We often use props to make the practice accessible and explore postures in new ways together.

Building strength together. Students hold a plank variation, learning the foundations of Chaturanga Dandasana with shared determination.

The joy of practicing together. The shala is a space where we explore, release, and gain health, fitness, and confidence as a community.

A backbend intensive class where students learn together. The collective effort and encouragement help everyone to safely explore their potential.

A wide shot of our backbend workshop, with everyone moving at their own pace, supported by the group environment.

About Our Community: Practicing Together

Unlike crowded studios, my shala sessions are strictly capped at 10 to 12 students. This structure allows me to provide hands-on adjustments for your alignment and ensures you have the personal space to focus on your breath without the distraction of a noisy, competitive room.
