Yoga is about more than just physical postures. It is about showing up for yourself and finding strength in a community that cheers for your progress.

Thank you for all your support and blessings over the years. I am deeply grateful for your presence, your progress, and your trust. Gratitude always.

About this collection

We started Yoga Bimba with only three students in 2013, focusing on the simple principle of showing up for the mat every day. This space reflects our gratitude for the community that has grown from those first few mats into a family that celebrates life, festivals, and health together, creating a foundation that supports you through every phase of your journey.

My teaching style centers on Abyasa, which means consistent practice. It is not about mastering a pose on the first day, but about the steady, quiet work of returning to your breath and movement. Over the last decade in our Nagarbhavi studio and online sessions, I have seen women navigate everything from pregnancy to hormonal balance by simply maintaining this discipline.

We believe that yoga is meant to be accessible. Whether you are over fifty and stepping onto a mat for the first time, or a young mother managing the chaos of life, our tribe provides a non-judgmental space. We do not just teach postures. We focus on the energy and intention behind them. This is why our batches are kept small, typically five to eight students, allowing me to provide personal adjustments that ensure safety.

Connecting with the community goes beyond the mat. We celebrate milestones, support each other during tough phases, and keep our sessions grounded in real life. If you are looking for a place where you are seen as an individual rather than just a face in a crowd, you have found the right spot.
