The girl power in our Friday classes is truly uplifting. There's nothing like ending the week together, moving, breathing, and celebrating our collective strength.
A glimpse into our studio class where we find balance between stillness and movement. We begin with centering ourselves in Tadasana before flowing through asanas that calm the mind and energize the body.
This is how our yogis vibe. Whether it's a deep stretch in Janu Sirsasana or a powerful lunge, we move together with shared intention and energy. You can see our hybrid setup with a laptop for our online members.
The mood in our Friday class is always focused yet relaxed. Here, the ladies are flowing through a sequence including Parighasana (Gate Pose) and Adho Mukha Svanasana (Downward-Facing Dog), building strength and flexibility together.
Finding balance together in Utthita Hasta Padangusthasana (Extended Hand-to-Big-Toe Pose). It's wonderful to see the focus and determination of each woman in our group classes.
"Everything is super important until you are sick and then you realize the only thing important was your health." This is a powerful reminder we reflect on in class. Let's make a 'Sankalpa' (intention) to prioritize our well-being.
Some days she is a warrior, standing strong in Virabhadrasana. Most days, she's a bit of both, finding strength and then surrendering in Savasana. Our practice honors all the phases of being a woman.
About this collection
Our in-studio batches are intentionally capped at 5 to 8 students. This small size allows me to provide hands-on adjustments for posture correction and ensure you are moving safely, rather than just following along in a crowded room.
Walking into the Yoga Bimba studio in Nagarbhavi feels more like meeting a family than entering a fitness class. Whether you are here for Hatha yoga, prenatal support, or simply to move your body, the environment is intentionally designed to be a judgment-free zone where women can share their stories and find support.
We focus on the practice, not perfection. Some days you might feel strong enough for dynamic Surya Namaskars to build heat, while other days call for gentle stretching and deep breathing to release tension. Our sessions are built on the principles of Abyasa, Arogya, and Ananda—practice, health, and bliss.
Because I prioritize personalized guidance, I keep group sizes intimate. This structure allows me to check your alignment during poses like Adho Mukha Svanasana or Gomukhasana and adapt the sequence to the energy of the room. I am Nayana, and I started Yoga Bimba in a tiny shala back in 2013. My goal is to create a safe space for women to practice, share their stories, and find their strength, whether we are flowing through asanas or just pausing to breathe.
