Namaskara. Welcome to our space where we focus on Abyasa, Arogya, and Ananda—practice, health, and happiness. From prenatal care to PCOS support, we are a judgment-free community designed for women at every stage of life.

This beautiful picture captures the essence of our prenatal yoga journey. We focus on gentle asanas that improve blood circulation, help open the pelvis for birth, and use pranayama breathing techniques to nurture you and your baby. It's all about giving 'Garbhasamskara', positive vibes for your little one.

Messages like this fill my heart with so much joy. A vaginal birth after a cesarean (VBAC) is possible with the right preparation, a calm spirit, and positive energy. I am so happy to have been a small part of this beautiful birth journey.

The energy in our offline group sessions is something special. Here you can see our ladies moving together, finding strength and focus in unison. This is the power of our tribe practicing at the Nagarbhavi studio.

You can join our supportive community from anywhere. This is a glimpse of one of our online prenatal classes, where we connect through the screen to practice affirmations and asanas that prepare your body and mind for birth.

I was honored to be part of this panel discussion on lifestyle modification for PCOS. My sessions incorporate specific yogic practices to help manage symptoms, and it's wonderful to collaborate with doctors and nutritionists to offer a holistic approach to wellness.

"Be yourself; everyone else is already taken." This is a core belief in my practice. Finding a moment of stillness and strength, like in this Eka Pada Rajakapotasana by the river Cauvery, reminds me to stay true to my own path.

Bandhas, or energy locks, are a key part of our practice for hormonal health. Regular practice can help balance energy, calm the mind, and support the digestive system, which is particularly beneficial for those managing PCOS.

About this collection

Whether you are joining us online or at our Nagarbhavi studio, my classes are about real conversations and consistent effort. We run a 'ladiesbatch' specifically because I believe that when women practice together, there is a natural, supportive energy that helps everyone show up, even on the days when it feels difficult to move.

At Yoga Bimba, my classes aren't about achieving the perfect pose. They are about the discipline of showing up for yourself. My core programs are designed to address the specific phases and needs of women's health.

Our Core Programs

  • Prenatal & Postnatal Care: We focus on Garbhasamskara, gentle asanas for trimester-specific needs, and breathing techniques to prepare for labor. It is a slow, steady journey that helps you connect with your little one.
  • PCOS & Hormonal Balance: Using specific bandhas and dynamic Hatha flows, we work to regulate cycles and lower cortisol. This is a therapeutic approach, aimed at long-term wellness rather than quick fixes.
  • Hatha Yoga for All: Whether you are 20 or 50, our Hatha sessions prioritize alignment, breath, and community. We have both online sessions for those at a distance and in-person classes at our Nagarbhavi studio for those who want to practice as a group.

Why Practice With Us?

Yoga is not a solitary performance. In our studio, you will find a tribe of women sharing their stories, laughing, and sometimes crying. We keep batch sizes small—5 to 8 students—to ensure I can offer hands-on adjustments and keep everyone safe. If you are looking for a place that values progress over perfection, you have found your home.

Namaskara, I’m Nayana. I started Yoga Bimba in a tiny shala back in 2013, and today, it is a beautiful tribe spread across the world. We are not here to perfect complex asanas; we are here to show up, breathe, and find our balance amidst the rush of daily life.
