Namaskara. Welcome to our space where we focus on Abyasa, Arogya, and Ananda—practice, health, and happiness. From prenatal care to PCOS support, we are a judgment-free community designed for women at every stage of life.

This beautiful picture captures the essence of our prenatal yoga journey. We focus on gentle asanas that improve blood circulation, help open the pelvis for birth, and use pranayama breathing techniques to nurture you and your baby. It's all about giving 'Garbhasamskara', positive vibes for your little one.

Messages like this fill my heart with so much joy. A vaginal birth after a cesarean (VBAC) is possible with the right preparation, a calm spirit, and positive energy. I am so happy to have been a small part of this beautiful birth journey.

The energy in our offline group sessions is something special. Here you can see our ladies moving together, finding strength and focus in unison. This is the power of our tribe practicing at the Nagarbhavi studio.

You can join our supportive community from anywhere. This is a glimpse of one of our online prenatal classes, where we connect through the screen to practice affirmations and asanas that prepare your body and mind for birth.

I was honored to be part of this panel discussion on lifestyle modification for PCOS. My sessions incorporate specific yogic practices to help manage symptoms, and it's wonderful to collaborate with doctors and nutritionists to offer a holistic approach to wellness.

"Be yourself; everyone else is already taken." This is a core belief in my practice. Finding a moment of stillness and strength, like in this Eka Pada Rajakapotasana by the river Cauvery, reminds me to stay true to my own path.

Bandhas, or energy locks, are a key part of our practice for hormonal health. Regular practice can help balance energy, calm the mind, and support the digestive system, which is particularly beneficial for those managing PCOS.

We believe yoga should also be fun. While we take our practice seriously, we never forget to laugh and play. This is just a little glimpse into the playful spirit of our community.

About Featured

Whether you are joining us online or at our Nagarbhavi studio, my classes are about real conversations and consistent effort. We run a 'ladiesbatch' specifically because I believe that when women practice together, there is a natural, supportive energy that helps everyone show up, even on the days when it feels difficult to move.
