Yoga is a journey of progress, not perfection. Whether you are starting out or deepening your practice, my sessions blend Hatha, Vinyasa, and mindfulness to help you breathe in power and exhale doubt.

This is my happy place, finding balance and symmetry with the ocean. I teach Trikonasana, or Triangle Pose, in my Hatha classes to help you build strength in your legs and core while opening up your hips and shoulders. It’s a powerful standing pose that grounds you in the present moment.

Here is a glimpse of a Vinyasa flow, where we link breath to movement. This sequence includes Chair Pose (Utkatasana), Downward Dog, and Cobra Pose, all fundamental movements we explore in my online classes to build heat, flexibility, and mindfulness.

This is Eka Pada Koundinyasana, an arm balance that took me a long time to achieve. It’s a perfect example of how consistency pays off. In my classes for more experienced students, we work on building the core and upper body strength needed for poses like this, breaking it down step by step.

Want to learn the headstand? I’ll show you how, even if you are a total beginner. In this tutorial, I demonstrate how to safely use a wall for support to build your confidence and strength for Sirsasana. Props are tools, not crutches, and I encourage using them to make yoga work for your body.

My fitness journey also takes me off the mat and into the air. Aerial silk is an incredible workout that builds upper body and core strength. This video shows a basic climb and a split, demonstrating the combination of strength and flexibility we can develop together.

This is a real, unedited attempt at Mayurasana, or Peacock Pose. As you can see, my alignment isn't perfect and I'm struggling to hold it. I share these moments to show that yoga is a journey, not a destination. We are all here for progress, not perfection.

Finding stillness in Vrikshasana, the Tree Pose, as the sun sets. This pose is all about balance, focus, and rooting down to feel stable. The message on my mat, "Inhale power, Exhale doubt," is a core part of my teaching, focusing on breathwork to build mental and physical strength.

About Featured

In my online sessions, we do not just flow through poses. I prioritize alignment and mindful breathwork, helping you use props like blocks or simple household items to make every movement accessible. Whether you are a total beginner or working on advanced arm balances, we focus on safe progression tailored to your body's unique needs.
