I teach with a focus on real-time alignment, even when we are online. For every group session, I require cameras to be on, not to watch you, but to guide you. Whether it is a Surya Namaskar flow or a holding pose, I provide specific verbal corrections to ensure you are safe and getting the most out of your practice. It is about making sure you feel seen and supported, just like in a physical studio.
My Approach to Yoga
For me, yoga is a way of living fully, right now. Whether you are joining my online classes from home or visiting our BEML Layout studio in R.R. Nagar, the goal is the same: clarity and balance. We don't just exercise; we build a practice that fits your life.
What You Can Expect
- Hatha & Vinyasa: We blend foundational Hatha (holding postures) with dynamic Vinyasa flows to build both strength and flexibility.
- Interactive Learning: In our online sessions, I keep the batches small to ensure personal attention. We use Zoom or Google Meet with video-on sessions, allowing me to spot your alignment and guide you through corrections.
- Conscious Relaxation: Every session ends with Yoganidra, which I like to call a 'conscious nap'. It is our way of resetting the mind after the movement.
- Studio Experience: If you prefer physical practice, our studio in R.R. Nagar offers hands-on adjustments, props like blocks and straps, and a safe, limited batch size for focused learning.

Life gets busy, and I understand that. Our daily online routine offers flexibility to switch between morning and evening slots, so you can build consistency without the pressure.
