Feeling stiff, tired, and a bit frazzled after hours at your desk? You’re not alone. I’ve designed desk-friendly yoga sessions for anyone who spends most of the day sitting, whether you’re in an office or working from home. This isn’t about bending into pretzel shapes or chasing perfect poses. It’s about finding practical ways to feel better in your own skin, right where you are.
What We’ll Work On
- Tackling the classic “desk slump” - sore neck, tight shoulders, achy lower back
- Desk stretches for lower back and spine mobility
- Yoga for neck and shoulder pain relief with simple movements you can do seated
- Breathwork for stress management to help when your mind feels cluttered
- Mindful movement for focus and energy, so you don’t feel like a zombie by 4pm
How Sessions Go
Sometimes we stay right at your desk - quick twists and side bends, zero fancy gear needed. If you want a deeper dive, we hit the mat for poses that build core strength and help your posture (Boat and Chair Pose are favourites). Breathwork is always part of it - nothing complicated, just easy techniques to calm your system and clear your head.
My Style
I keep it real. The point isn’t to “win” at yoga, it’s to make your day a bit easier. I give loads of variations for all levels, and props if you need them. Some days your lines are wobbly, and that’s fine - kabhi kabhi toh bas noodle khane ka mann hota hai (sometimes, you just feel like eating noodles). We go at your pace and focus on what you need.

My Story
Hey, I’m Sanjana. Yoga keeps me sane, but honestly, some days I just roller-skate in my hallway to shake off the stress. My dog Puttagobi taught me more about rising up than any textbook ever could. Life throws 'apariharya artha' (situations you can't dodge), but I try to find balance—sometimes on the mat, sometimes just goofing around. I believe our thoughts shape us, so I keep trying, falling, and getting back up. That’s me.
