About Therapeutic & Restorative Yoga
What Yoga Means To Me
Yoga isn’t just about getting bendy or hitting perfect poses - I definitely have days when I’d rather chill with a bowl of noodles than practice. What matters is showing up, staying gentle with yourself, and noticing the small shifts in your body and mind. Even if my lines aren’t Insta-perfect, I try to learn something every time I hit the mat.
Who My Sessions Are For
If you’re stuck at your desk for hours, dealing with lower back pain, struggling to sleep, or just feel weighed down by tension, my therapeutic & restorative yoga is for you. I create space for anyone who wants to reconnect with their body, no matter your experience or flexibility.
How I Work With You
- Focus on gentle yoga for pain relief, especially for stiff backs and tight hips.
- Chair yoga for desk workers - easy stretches and core-building poses you can do without leaving your workspace.
- Restorative yoga for better sleep: calming routines you can do right in bed, designed to help you switch off and rest easy.
- Yoga for digestive health - we use poses to boost your agni and soothe bloating.
My Style
I love props - blocks, rolled mats, whatever helps you feel supported and safe. Alignment is always top priority, but we move slow and keep things mindful. No bouncing or aggressive pushes. I offer modifications for injuries or stiffness, and you never have to force anything. If you’re not flexible, that’s fine - yoga is about how you feel, not how you look.
Real Talk
People ask if it’s safe for injuries or slip discs. I always say: we go at your pace, focus on what feels good, and the goal is healing - not showing off. You’ll find lots of options and support, so your practice fits you, not the other way round.

My Story
Hey, I’m Sanjana. Yoga keeps me sane, but honestly, some days I just roller-skate in my hallway to shake off the stress. My dog Puttagobi taught me more about rising up than any textbook ever could. Life throws 'apariharya artha' (situations you can't dodge), but I try to find balance—sometimes on the mat, sometimes just goofing around. I believe our thoughts shape us, so I keep trying, falling, and getting back up. That’s me.
My Work
Yoga Classes for All Levels - I teach Hatha, Vinyasa, beginner flexibility yoga, core blast yoga sessions, and posture correction yoga.
Desk Yoga & Sleep Routines - Special desk yoga for office workers, plus evening flows to help you wind down and sleep better.
Yoga Philosophy Explained - I break down the 'why' behind the poses, mixing science and the wisdom of Yoga Sutras.
No Perfection Needed - Consistency matters, not perfect lines. Even 20 minutes is enough. Just show up for you.
