At-Home Yoga Flows with Personalised Guidance
Roll out your mat and join me from anywhere. These guided Hatha and Vinyasa flows are designed to fit your schedule, helping you build strength and flexibility at your own pace.
This is a sped-up version of a 50-minute flexibility flow. It moves through a sequence of postures designed to safely lengthen your muscles and increase your overall range of motion, perfect for an at-home practice.
If you're feeling bloated or sluggish, try this short flow for digestion. Poses like Child's Pose, Downward Dog, and gentle twists can help stimulate your digestive system and regulate your gut.
Sometimes our practice is about moving through fear and finding our strength. This vinyasa flow is a reminder that our greatest glory is not in never falling, but in rising every time we do.
A little glimpse into what a week of practice can look like. Consistency is key, even if it's just for a few minutes each day. Each day brings a new opportunity to connect with your body.
About At-Home Yoga Flows
My virtual sessions are specifically designed to bridge the gap between studio classes and home practice. Because I cap my group batches at 15 students, I can keep my camera view on everyone, which allows me to provide real-time verbal corrections. You get the convenience of practicing from your living room without sacrificing the safety of proper alignment.
Building a Consistent Practice at Home
Many of us struggle to maintain a yoga routine because life gets in the way. Whether you are dealing with a hectic work schedule or just need to unwind after a long day, my at-home yoga flows are built around the idea that consistency beats intensity. You do not need to be flexible to start; you just need to show up.
What to Expect in My Flows
My classes are a hybrid of Hatha and Vinyasa. We start with the steady, alignment-focused work of Hatha to warm up the joints and get your form right, then move into the rhythmic, breath-led sequences of Vinyasa to get your energy flowing.
- Small Batch Focus: With a maximum of 15 students, I can see you on screen. I provide cues on how to modify poses for your specific body, so you aren't just following a video blindly.
- Recording Access: I know live classes don't always fit into your day. That is why I provide access to class recordings for 48 hours, so you can practice on your own timeline if you miss a session.
- No Perfection Required: We don't worry about perfect lines here. We focus on the 'squeeze and soak' action of our muscles and how the movement feels for you.
If you are feeling tight, bloated, or just stiff from sitting at a desk, we can adjust the sequence. I often integrate core blasts and mobility drills to keep things spicy, but modifications are always available if you need to take it slower.
