Welcome to my class. Here, we focus on correct posture and alignment, which is the foundation of a safe and effective yoga practice. I provide personal, hands-on guidance to each student, ensuring you get the most out of every asana.

  • Consistent Schedule: Consistency is half the job done. I run batches from Monday to Friday with flexible morning and evening slots (from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM), so you can find a time that fits your life.

Whether you are a complete beginner or looking to refine your technique, there is a place for you. We focus on the basics of Asana and Pranayama in a supportive community setting. My studio in Sahakar Nagar, Bangalore, is a naturally ventilated space where we use props like blocks and straps to make the practice accessible for all bodies. If you cannot make it to the studio, my live online classes offer the same interactive experience to help you stay on track with your Abhyas.
