A blend of traditional Hatha, aerial, and sound healing to help you find strength, balance, and deep relaxation in your daily life.

Welcome to my sacred space. Here, we support each other's growth, building strength and trust through practices like Acro Yoga, right under the gaze of Adiyogi. This is more than a class; it's a shared journey.

This is a moment from one of our Naada Yoga sessions. Students rest in Savasana, absorbing the healing vibrations of Tibetan singing bowls. It's a practice of deep surrender and rejuvenation for the mind and body.

Finding the balance between effort and ease in Durvasasana. This pose requires deep flexibility and focus, qualities we cultivate patiently in our practice. The journey to this asana is a meditation in itself.

About this collection

You might look at these photos and see advanced poses, but I started exactly where you are—feeling like my body wasn't 'built' for yoga. That is why my classes focus on building foundational strength through step-by-step guidance rather than forcing your body into shapes. Whether you are looking to fix posture, manage stress, or simply find a consistent practice, we build the work together at a pace that respects your body.

My practice is rooted in traditional Hatha Yoga, but I believe in making it accessible and functional for modern life. When you join my sessions in Sanpada or Seawoods, you are not just ticking off a workout; you are learning how to connect your breath with your movement.

Building Strength Safely

I was not born flexible or strong. I built my own practice through years of consistent effort, and that is what I bring to the mat for my students. We work on:

  • Foundational Strength: Core work and arm balances that prepare your body for more challenging inversions like Sirsasana.
  • Flexibility & Mobility: Deep stretches designed to open the hips and spine, not to force them.
  • Alignment: Using props like wall ropes and blocks to ensure you practice safely, regardless of your experience level.

The Healing Side: Naada Yoga

Yoga is incomplete without the ability to switch off. My sound healing and meditation sessions, often using Tibetan singing bowls, are designed to guide your nervous system into a state of deep rest. It is essentially a 'sound bath' where you lie down and let the vibrations do the work, helping you manage anxiety or simply decompress after a long day.
