A blend of traditional Hatha, aerial, and sound healing to help you find strength, balance, and deep relaxation in your daily life.

Welcome to my sacred space. Here, we support each other's growth, building strength and trust through practices like Acro Yoga, right under the gaze of Adiyogi. This is more than a class; it's a shared journey.

This is a moment from one of our Naada Yoga sessions. Students rest in Savasana, absorbing the healing vibrations of Tibetan singing bowls. It's a practice of deep surrender and rejuvenation for the mind and body.

Finding the balance between effort and ease in Durvasasana. This pose requires deep flexibility and focus, qualities we cultivate patiently in our practice. The journey to this asana is a meditation in itself.

A short sequence showing the controlled entry and hold of a headstand, or Sirsasana. Building core strength and stability is key to mastering inversions safely, which is a central focus in my teaching.

Connecting with nature through Vrikshasana, the tree pose, as the sun sets. I believe yoga is a way to feel our connection to the universe, and practicing outdoors deepens that experience. Om Suryaya Namaha.

A moment of quiet strength, finding balance in an arm-balancing pose against the light. I wasn't naturally strong, so I know the journey of building strength from the ground up. It's about consistent practice and believing in your own power.

Experience a glimpse of a sound bath meditation. This is the easiest way to meditate; you just listen and surrender to the vibrations of the singing bowls. The sound does its own magic to calm your mind.

Exploring a deep backbend, Rajakapotasana, within a quiet, cave-like space. For me, yoga is not just a physical pose but a deep connection with myself and the universe around me.

About Featured

You might look at these photos and see advanced poses, but I started exactly where you are—feeling like my body wasn't 'built' for yoga. That is why my classes focus on building foundational strength through step-by-step guidance rather than forcing your body into shapes. Whether you are looking to fix posture, manage stress, or simply find a consistent practice, we build the work together at a pace that respects your body.
