Naada Yoga: Sound Healing & Meditation
Let the vibrations of Tibetan singing bowls guide you into deep relaxation. I host these sessions to help you release stress, restore mental clarity, and find a quiet space within the noise of daily life.
Thank you to everyone who trusts me in this process of healing. Here you can see a sound healing session in progress, where participants are guided into a state of deep rest.

A sound healing session involves using various instruments like singing bowls, chimes, and gongs to create a symphony of healing frequencies. This is a journey for the mind, body, and soul.

About this collection
These sessions are not just about passive listening. I use a mix of Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, and breathwork to actively guide your brain into a theta state—the same state you experience right before falling asleep. Whether it is a Tratak candle-gazing session or a gentle sound bath, we focus on moving energy to help you reset after a long week.
Why Naada Yoga Works
Sound is not just something we hear; it is something we feel. When I play the singing bowls, the vibrations interact with your body’s natural frequencies. We often focus on theta brainwaves, which are essential for deep relaxation, memory improvement, and stress reduction. It is a practical tool to switch off your internal 'fight or flight' mode and let your nervous system rest.
What happens in my studio
My studio in Sanpada is designed to be a sanctuary. You will not find loud music or distractions here. We keep the lighting soft, often using candles for our Tratak (gazing) sessions, which helps sharpen your concentration. During a typical sound bath, I will guide you through some basic Pranayama to settle your breath before the bowls take over. You do not need any prior experience to join; you just need to be willing to lie down and let the sound wash over you.
Preparing for your session
Wear comfortable clothing. You will be lying on a mat for most of the session, so being able to move freely is key. If you have been dealing with persistent anxiety or just need a mental break from work, these sessions are a consistent way to reset your energy. I keep the group sizes manageable so that everyone gets a chance to truly disconnect.
Sushmita Mukhia
I did not grow up vibing with music, but these singing bowls changed everything for me. I believe in the power of vibration to heal, and I love sharing this space with my students. When I am not teaching, I am constantly learning, and I bring that same curiosity into every session I host.
