Building Strength: Arm Balances & Inversions

Going upside down is fun and empowering. In my classes, we build the core and upper body strength required for arm balances and inversions step by step, focusing on safe alignment and control.

Finding Freedom: Flexibility & Deep Stretches

I believe flexibility is not about forcing the body, but about patiently creating space. We work on poses like splits and backbends to release tension in the hips, hamstrings, and spine, improving mobility and posture.

Partner & Acro Yoga

Yoga is also about connection and trust. In our partner and Acro Yoga sessions, we learn to support each other, communicate without words, and create beautiful shapes together, adding a playful and collaborative element to the practice.
