Class Structure
- Equipment: Access to Balanced Body Allegro Reformers or Wunda Chairs based on schedule.
- Batch Size: Strictly capped at 6-10 participants to allow form spotting.
- Duration: 55-60 minutes per session.
- Supervision: General oversight by YKBI certified instructors.
Facility & Props
- Amenities: Access to changing rooms, secure lockers, and restrooms.
- Accessories: Includes usage of Magic Circles, Therabands, and Foam Rollers.
- Scheduling: Fixed time slots with strict entry policies.
Duet Pilates
Session Dynamics
- Ratio: 1 Trainer dedicated to 2 Clients.
- Requirement: You must bring your own partner; the studio does not match individuals.
- Equipment: Synchronized usage of Reformers, Wunda Chairs, or Mat work.
- Duration: 60 minutes.
Operational Rules
- Cancellation Policy: If a partner cancels, the session converts to a Private rate or is forfeited.
- Intensity: Pacing is averaged between the capabilities of both participants.
- Apparatus: Limited or rotational access to the Cadillac due to availability.

I actually see Pilates as way more than just another workout. It's about tuning into your own body, figuring out what you need on that day, and then moving with intention. I change things up for clients who get bored easily, and if you’re stuck in a rut, I’ll help you push through. My mantra’s always been simple: be fit because you deserve it.

My Story
Hey, Yasmin here. If you know me, you know I live and breathe Pilates. I started out just wanting people to feel good in their bodies, and that’s still my thing. Worked with Bollywood folks, sure, but also with people just like you—ankle injuries, vertigo, pregnancy fears, you name it. I love watching someone walk in nervous and leave feeling like a rockstar. That’s why I started the YKBI Academy too—so more trainers can help more people, the real way.
