Bored with the same routine? My studio is fully equipped to keep your body guessing and growing. From the Reformer to the Cadillac, experience the variety that delivers real results.

Think you can't get your heart rate up on a reformer? Think again. This video shows a dynamic cardio sequence that will get you sweating while still focusing on core control and precision.

This video compares exercises on the Reformer versus a foam roller. It shows how you can achieve a challenging workout with different pieces of equipment, whether at the studio or at home.

This video breaks down the differences between the Reformer and the MOTR. Both offer unique challenges for balance, strength, and coordination, adding great variety to your Pilates routine.

Aerial Pilates is a beautiful and challenging way to work your body. Using silk hammocks, we defy gravity to deepen stretches, build upper body strength, and fire up the core.

We have every tool to take your Pilates journey to the next level. This image shows a client receiving personalized instruction on the Cadillac, a versatile piece of equipment for all-in-one training.

A strong core supports your overall health. Here, a client uses the Pilates chair, an advanced piece of equipment excellent for building deep core connection and stability.

Pilates is core therapy. This video shows clients engaged in a group class, using reformers and other equipment to build strength and find that mind-body connection.

The stability ball is a simple but powerful tool. We use it to challenge core stability, improve posture control, and add an extra layer of difficulty to classic Pilates exercises.

The energy in our Women's Day special class was incredible. This video captures the power of group workouts, with clients using the Pilates chair and other equipment in a challenging circuit.

You don't need to spend hours at the gym. A focused 30-minute Pilates session on the reformer can provide an effective full-body workout that tones and strengthens.

About Dynamic Workouts, Diverse Equipment

Think Pilates is just mat work? Think again. The magic happens when we switch up the apparatus. Whether you are using the Cadillac to correct an injury or the Wunda Chair to fire up your deep core, every piece of equipment serves a specific purpose in your transformation. I rarely keep clients on the same machine for long because your body adapts quickly; changing the tool is how we keep the progress going.

My philosophy is that your body shouldn't get used to a single routine. If you stop feeling the burn or stop seeing changes, it is time to switch the machine, not the intensity.

The Anatomy of My Studio

I have invested in a full suite of Balanced Body equipment because the right gear changes everything.

  • The Reformer: This is the gold standard for resistance training. We use it to build long, lean muscle while keeping your spine aligned. It challenges your stability in ways that floor exercises cannot.
  • The Cadillac (Trapeze Table): This is where we handle the complex stuff. If you are recovering from an injury or need to focus on specific muscle imbalances, this is my go-to. It allows for gravity-defying moves that restore mobility safely.
  • The Wunda Chair & MOTR: These are my secret weapons for deep core connection and balance. They force your stabilizing muscles to fire up, ensuring you are not just getting stronger, but more coordinated.

Why Variety Matters

You are not just here for a sweat session. You are here to learn how your body moves. By rotating through the Cadillac, Reformer, Chair, and Aerial silks, we ensure you never hit a plateau. One day we are building power on the Reformer, and the next we are challenging your central nervous system on the MOTR. This approach keeps your mind engaged, your muscles guessing, and your motivation high. Whether you are in our Bandra, Juhu, or Gurugram studios, the goal is always the same: movement that makes you feel strong, reset, and capable.
