My Story

Hey, Yasmin here. If you know me, you know I live and breathe Pilates. I started out just wanting people to feel good in their bodies, and that’s still my thing. Worked with Bollywood folks, sure, but also with people just like you—ankle injuries, vertigo, pregnancy fears, you name it. I love watching someone walk in nervous and leave feeling like a rockstar. That’s why I started the YKBI Academy too—so more trainers can help more people, the real way.

All Kinds of Pilates & Fitness - We do reformer Pilates sessions, mat, Cadillac, CoreAlign, aerial, EMS fitness training, Techno Shape, and strength programs.

Every Session Is Different - No cookie-cutter stuff. I change things up, especially if you get bored or have injuries. You’ll never do the same workout twice.

For Anyone, Any Age - Teen, new mom, athlete, senior—doesn’t matter. We do pre and postnatal Pilates, help with back pain, vertigo, and build confidence.
