What My Training Looks Like
- You learn straight from me and my team at my Bandra studio in Mumbai. No shortcuts - just hands-on experience.
- We start with the basics: foundation and anatomy. You’ll actually understand how Pilates works inside the body, not just memorize moves.
- Then we build up - Mat Pilates teacher course, followed by equipment-based modules like the Reformer Pilates instructor program and Wunda Chair. Each step is designed so you grow your confidence and skills.
- I’m big on adapting. I’ll teach you how to read your clients and adjust your cues, so they get the most out of every session.
What You Actually Do
- You practice teaching from day one. Real-time, no hiding at the back. You’ll assist, cue, and lead.
- Learn to spot what’s working and what’s not, so your clients feel the strength in the right muscles.
- Deep dive into Pilates anatomy training to ensure you teach safely and effectively.
Beyond the Certificate
Graduating from my program isn’t the end. I keep the door open for my certified instructors - advanced masterclasses, new techniques, and posture workshops. If you want to build a serious Pilates career development, I’m here for the long haul.
