Unlike general gym routines, I tailor every session to where your body is today—whether you're managing lumbar compression in your second trimester or regaining core strength postpartum. We use specialized equipment like the Reformer and stability ball to ensure you're supported, never overstrained. You aren't just working out; you're creating a stable foundation that holds you and your baby safely.

Why Pilates for Pregnancy?

Your body undergoes massive shifts during pregnancy. That extra weight often pulls your center of gravity forward, leading to the dreaded lordotic posture and lower back pain. In my sessions, we don't just exercise; we focus on functional movement. We strengthen the Transverse Abdominis (your natural corset) and pelvic floor, which are essential for supporting your growing baby and preparing for birth.

Safety and Customization

I understand the hesitation—many moms-to-be are worried about causing harm. That’s why my sessions are highly supervised. We use the Reformer not just for resistance, but for support. The springs and straps provide a safety net, allowing you to move through a full range of motion without the jarring impact of floor-based cardio. Whether you are dealing with specific issues like L4-L5 disc compression or just want to maintain energy levels, we adjust the intensity to your energy levels that day.

Postpartum Recovery

The journey doesn't end at birth. Beyond in our program refers to the critical postpartum recovery phase. We focus on gently closing the abdominal gap (diastasis recti), rebuilding core stability, and relieving the tension that comes from constant nursing and carrying your baby. It’s about feeling like yourself again, slowly and safely.
