Stop chasing crash diets and quick fixes. I help you build sustainable, long-term habits grounded in real nutrition and consistent activity, not temporary shortcuts.

I always advise against crash diets. They are dangerous for your body, especially your liver, and the weight always comes back. The right way is to lose weight slowly and healthily. We exercise to be fit, not to be hospitalized.

Health is the greatest wealth. In my wellness talks, I give straight advice on how to build a strong and healthy life through proper sleep, natural diet, and consistent activity. I teach sustainable habits, not temporary fixes.

About this collection

Crash diets might drop your weight fast, but they hit your liver hard and the weight always returns. Real fitness is about slow, steady habits—like swapping refined sugar for jaggery and aiming for 10,000 steps daily. That is how you stay fit without needing a hospital later.

Health is Your Biggest Asset

Health is a blessing, and treating it like an afterthought is a mistake. In my decades of training people in Mumbai, I have seen too many clients run after money, only to spend it all on their health later when things go wrong.

My approach is simple: keep it natural. You do not need expensive supplements or dangerous 'fat-loss' diets that put your body in shock. Instead, focus on these fundamentals:

  • Eat Natural: Prioritize real food—fish, chicken, or meat—paired with plenty of green vegetables.
  • Swap Your Sugar: If you want tea or coffee, use jaggery instead of white sugar. Cut out the sodas entirely.
  • Stay Active: Do not just rely on one hour at the gym. Walk, move, and keep your body working throughout the day. Aim for 12,000 to 15,000 steps.
  • Prioritize Sleep: Discipline starts with your sleep cycle. Being in bed by 10:00 PM is a non-negotiable part of recovery.

Why Crash Diets Fail

I have seen people destroy their liver with restrictive diets. The weight loss is fast, sure, but it is not fat loss—it is stress on your system. Once you stop that diet, the weight comes back with a vengeance. We train to be fit for life, not to land in a hospital.

Whether you are a busy professional dealing with desk posture or someone looking to change their lifestyle, the solution is consistency. It is not about doing something extreme for a week; it is about doing the right things for the rest of your life. If you are ready to stop the cycle of fad diets and actually get fit, I can show you how.
