Why I Teach Self-Defense
I've never believed in just chalo jo hoga dekhenge (let's see what happens). For me, it's all about sangharsh (struggle) and himmat (courage). My workshops are about more than just learning to throw a punch; they're about helping you actually feel you can handle yourself, even when things get tough.

What We Practice
I keep it real. No film-style drama, just practical stuff that works:
- Core strikes - elbows, fists, knees, the basics you can actually use.
- Escape techniques for wrist grabs, front holds, and even from behind.
- Basics of weapon defense, like handling a knife threat.
- Simple takedowns so you can get away safely.
Who Can Join
Everyone's welcome - fitness level, body type, it doesn't matter. I've designed these for:
- Women who want to feel safer (women's safety training is a big focus for me)
- Office groups, because safety matters at work too (corporate personal safety workshops)
- Students, helping them build confidence with school self-protection sessions
How I Teach
You'll be on the mats, not just watching. I keep the environment safe, supportive and open to questions - nobody gets left behind. I’ve spent 15 years doing this, and I still lead every workshop myself, with my team backing me up. My goal? You walk out knowing you can actually protect yourself, no matter what.
