Fitness is a powerful tool for team building. My group functional training and cardio kickboxing sessions are high-energy, fun, and designed to make your team sweat and succeed together. A fit team is a strong team.

This is a 'Ground and Pound' drill, a core component of MMA fitness. It builds explosive power and endurance, and in a group setting, it creates an incredible atmosphere of shared effort and motivation.

About this collection

My corporate sessions aren't about turning your team into cage fighters. I use non-contact MMA cardio, partner drills, and functional movements specifically tailored to office environments. Everyone from complete beginners to fitness enthusiasts gets to move, sweat, and de-stress together—no prior martial arts experience required.

I bring the dojo to you. Whether it's a 75-minute high-energy session or a longer workshop, I provide the expertise, the portable sound system, and the energy. The sessions are fully scalable—if your team is a mix of fitness levels, I adjust the intensity so nobody feels left behind.

We close every session with a 10-minute talk on holistic health—talking real, sustainable habits like sleep hygiene, natural protein sources, and avoiding sugar. No crash diets, no shortcuts, just discipline.
