About Additional Demonstrations
Notice how I don't waste energy on flashy, cinematic moves. Whether it is a heavy bag drill at my Andheri dojo or a self-defense demonstration at a local college, every movement is calculated for efficiency. If your form is loose, you are not just wasting energy, you are leaving yourself open. I train you to keep it tight, compact, and ready to react, because in a real situation, you do not have time to pose.
People often confuse martial arts with movie stunts. When you look at these demonstrations, you are seeing the building blocks of my training philosophy: maximum impact with minimum effort.
Why Technique Comes First
In my sessions across Mumbai, from Khar to Malabar Hill, I emphasize that you cannot defend yourself if you cannot control your own body. This is why I start with fundamental footwork, basic strikes, and joint mobility. Whether you are training for competitive MMA or just want to learn practical self-defense, the rules are the same. If you do not have the basics right, you will fail the moment the pressure rises.
