MMA and Kickboxing Demonstrations
Technique is the foundation of everything I teach. Here is a look at the form and conditioning that keep you safe and strong, whether you are in the ring or on the street.
Demonstrating some basic kickboxing and MMA movements in my gym. Proper form and technique are the foundation of everything I teach, from professional fighting to basic self-defense.
This clip shows both my personal dedication to fitness with pull-ups and a self-defense demonstration at Jai Hind College. Leading by example is a core part of my teaching philosophy.
About this collection
Notice how I don't waste energy on flashy, cinematic moves. Whether it is a heavy bag drill at my Andheri dojo or a self-defense demonstration at a local college, every movement is calculated for efficiency. If your form is loose, you are not just wasting energy, you are leaving yourself open. I train you to keep it tight, compact, and ready to react, because in a real situation, you do not have time to pose.
People often confuse martial arts with movie stunts. When you look at these demonstrations, you are seeing the building blocks of my training philosophy: maximum impact with minimum effort.
Why Technique Comes First
In my sessions across Mumbai, from Khar to Malabar Hill, I emphasize that you cannot defend yourself if you cannot control your own body. This is why I start with fundamental footwork, basic strikes, and joint mobility. Whether you are training for competitive MMA or just want to learn practical self-defense, the rules are the same. If you do not have the basics right, you will fail the moment the pressure rises.
Practical Training for Real Life
I do not just teach you how to throw a punch. I teach you how to breathe, how to move, and how to stay calm under stress. My corporate wellness workshops and personal training sessions focus on functional fitness. We use everyday items and simple body mechanics to neutralize threats, rather than relying on complex choreography.
My Commitment to Your Health
I have been running dojos in Mumbai since 2001, and if there is one thing I have learned, it is that there are no shortcuts. I do not believe in crash diets or temporary fixes. When you train with me, you are learning a sustainable approach to fitness. We focus on natural strength, proper nutrition, and disciplined recovery. I provide the expertise and the space; you bring the dedication. If you are ready to stop guessing and start training with a purpose, let's talk.
