About this collection

Most people think self-defense requires years of training. It does not. In these office workshops, I strip away the complex martial arts and focus on three things: situational awareness, using your environment, and targeting vital points. Whether it is an elevator grab or an attack in a parking lot, your team learns to react in seconds, not minutes. We do not turn anyone into a fighter, but we make sure they know exactly what to do if they are ever in danger.

My Approach

I keep things real. Corporate wellness is not about complex sparring or getting anyone punched in the face. It is about empowering your team with simple, effective skills. My workshops are designed for all fitness levels, so whether your team is active or spends all day at a desk, these techniques work.

The Curriculum

We cover the reality of street threats, not theories.

  • Vital Point Education: Theory on anatomy vulnerabilities like the eyes, nose, and throat where minimum effort creates maximum impact.
  • Situational Defense: Specific counters for real-world scenarios, such as wrist grabs, collar grabs, and attacks from behind.
  • Accessory Utilization: I teach your team how to turn everyday office items like pens, keys, or even an ID card lanyard into defensive tools.
  • Signature Techniques: We practice the 'Ghee Choke'—a method for bloodless neutralization using clothing like a scarf or tie.

Team Building & Fitness

Beyond safety, these sessions are a great way to bond. When a team sweats, communicates, and works through drills together, they build real trust. We also include cardio kickboxing and functional conditioning, which address common issues like desk posture and stress.

Logistics

I bring the training to you, anywhere in the Mumbai metropolitan area. My workshops are fully scalable—for groups up to 40 people, I come with my assistant instructors to ensure everyone gets hands-on practice. We use focus pads and shields to keep it safe and high-energy. You just need the space, and I will handle the rest.
