I don't teach movie stunts. Whether it is using an ID card in an elevator or a scarf to neutralize a grab, my techniques are built on one simple rule: maximum impact with minimal effort. You do not need to be a professional fighter to protect yourself, you just need to know exactly where to strike when the situation turns ugly.
My training philosophy at XFF is straightforward: fitness is a blessing, and self-defense is a life skill. I have been running dojos in Mumbai since 2001, from Andheri and Khar to Malabar Hill and Navi Mumbai, training everyone from kids and celebrities to corporate professionals.
