About Featured
We do not do fancy treadmills or air-conditioned vanity rooms. On our mats, you learn actual Judo throws, BJJ ground control, and striking combos in an industrial warehouse setting that prioritizes grit, sweat, and proper form over everything else.
This showcase is what we call the X9 Grind. You are looking at footage from our daily training cycles across our locations in Ghatkopar and Mira Road. We mix Judo Gi-based throws with No-Gi BJJ grappling and explosive conditioning because that is how a real fighter is built.
Whether you are a complete beginner stepping onto the mat for the first time or an athlete preparing for a local tournament, our schedule covers the full spectrum. You will see our young warriors learning discipline and our fight team sweating through intensity drills to sharpen their timing. Our philosophy is simple. We build fighters from the ground up, focusing on the basics first, like balance, posture, and that crucial body ghumaao (full body rotation) technique.
