Monthly Group Access
Training Format
- Class Frequency: Access to approximately 12 to 16 scheduled classes per month (3 to 4 weekly).
- Session Length: 60 to 75 minutes per session including warmups.
- Batch Size: Group training with 10 to 15 students per instructor.
Curricula
- Striking: Boxing punches adapted for MMA, plus Muay Thai basics (kicks, knees, elbows).
- Groundwork: Introduction to sprawling, takedown defense, and positioning on puzzle mats.
- Partner Drills: Pad holding and technical Dutch drills (students must bring own gloves/shinguards).
Conditioning & Facility
- Functional Work: Use of tractor tires, sledgehammers, battle ropes, and agility ladders.
- Environment: Raw aesthetic with ceiling fans and tube lights (no central AC).
- Amenities: Basic changing rooms and open cubby storage.
Quarterly Membership

- Value: Lower effective monthly cost compared to the standard monthly plan.
- Booking: Priority slot allocation for group classes during peak times.
Open Gym Access
- Timing: Permission to use the facility during non class hours.
- Equipment: Access to cardio machines, free weights (dumbbells/racks), and 6+ heavy bags for solo practice.
Advanced Training
- Sparring: Eligibility to join supervised light contact sparring on weekends (requires 1 month prior conditioning).
- Review: Informal monthly check ins with the head coach regarding fitness and technique.
1 on 1 Private Coaching (12 Sessions)
Coaching Details
- Instructor: Direct training with a senior or pro fighter level coach.
- Mitt Work: 3 to 4 rounds of focused pad work for instant form correction.
- Pacing: Intensity adjusted to individual fitness levels to manage injury risk.
Technical Focus
- Skill Work: Detailed instruction on complex movements like pivot hooks and takedown entries.
- Analysis: Video review of specific drills to correct stance or guard errors.

Doesn’t matter if you’ve never set foot in a gym or you’ve been doing this for years. If you want to challenge yourself, you fit right in. I run beginner MMA training for newbies and give experienced folks a fresh edge.

The Space You’ll Train In
Our academy is big and loaded. There’s a boxing ring, matted floors, and all sorts of punching bags, plus ropes, tires, weights, and cardio machines. Everything’s set up so you can train safe and push hard.
