Community Yoga & Group Practice
Yoga is a personal journey, but practicing alongside others brings a different kind of energy. From group classes to partner stretches, the community helps you stay consistent.
Try these simple partner yoga stretches with a friend or loved one. It's a fun way to connect, build trust, and go deeper into poses like Baddhakonasana and seated twists.
Attempting some AcroYoga with friends! It's all about communication, trust, and not being afraid to laugh when you fall. How did we do?

A fun, topsy-turvy moment with friends. We're all at different stages of our inversion practice, but we're supporting and learning from each other.
Join my online group class every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 5-6 pm. It's a wonderful way to build a consistent practice within a supportive community.
About Community & Connection
Group practice isn't just about company; it's about consistency. When you show up for a live session with others, you are not just practicing asana—you are building a routine that actually sticks. My online group sessions, running every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, are designed to give you that community push, ensuring you show up for yourself even when your own motivation is low.
Finding Your Tribe on the Mat
I believe the magic of yoga happens when we practice together. While 1:1 sessions are great for specific therapy, group classes provide a shared rhythm. You see others working through the same challenges, and that shared experience makes the practice feel more human and less like a solo grind.
Why Practice in a Group?
- Accountability: Knowing others are logged in and practicing alongside you makes it much harder to skip a day.
- Perspective: In a group, you learn that it is okay to fall out of a pose or laugh when you lose balance. It removes the pressure to look 'perfect' on the mat.
- Fun & Connection: I love bringing elements of partner yoga and AcroYoga into my community work. It builds trust and forces you to communicate with your partner. Whether you are holding a seated twist or trying a balance pose with a friend, it is about connecting with people, not just perfecting the posture.
What to Expect
My group classes focus on the basics of Hatha, Vinyasa, and Ashtanga-inspired flows. We keep it real—no ego, no chasing impossible poses. We move to stretch, breathe, and keep ourselves sane amidst the daily chaos. Whether you are a total beginner, dealing with back pain, or just looking to slow down, you will find a place here.
I do not promise overnight magic. Change takes time, yaar. But if you are looking for a consistent, supportive space to explore your practice, I would love to have you join us.
