Group Yoga Sessions in Gurugram
Join our community of practice. We move together, learn together, and build strength without the pressure of needing to be perfect.
Leading an outdoor group session where we connect our breath with the sky. This seated warm-up with raised arms helps lengthen the spine and prepare the body for the practice ahead.

About Group Yoga Sessions
My group sessions are about more than just matching movements. Whether we are at All Fit Gym or CaliClan, I am right there with you, offering hands-on adjustments and spotting to ensure your form is safe while you explore deeper stretches. You will get the energy of a community, but with enough personal attention to actually understand how your body moves.
Yoga is a practice, not a performance. In these group classes, I focus on building a hybrid curriculum that blends the fluidity of Vinyasa Flow with the grounding holds of Hatha. We don't use fancy machines here. Instead, we use your bodyweight, breath, and a bit of mindful movement to build functional strength and mobility that actually helps you in your daily life.
Why join this practice?
- Small Batches: I keep groups limited to 8-15 people to ensure I can watch your form and provide corrections.
- Mobility Focus: We work on joint health and flexibility drills that help reduce stiffness from sitting at desks all day.
- Mindfulness: Every session is an opportunity to practice breathwork, which acts as a powerful tool for managing anxiety and daily stress.
- Community Vibes: Practicing with a group creates a shared energy that is hard to replicate alone. Whether you are a beginner learning your first Sun Salutation or someone working on inversions, you will find support here.
We rotate between different locations in Gurugram, including the semi-outdoor CaliClan Academy in Sector 58 and the indoor studio at All Fit in Sushant Lok. My goal is simple: to help you feel stronger, more energetic, and more connected to yourself, one breath at a time. No judgment, just abhyas.
Sandhya
Hi, I am Sandhya. I believe yoga is just abhyas — a practice of returning to yourself. I don't care if your pose looks perfect; I care if you feel stronger and calmer when you leave my mat.
