About Yoga Teacher Training Courses (YTTC)
In our teacher training, we do not just teach poses; we teach the mechanics of adjustment. You will spend hours mastering hands-on corrections and learning how to safely use wall ropes and props, which is critical for helping future students avoid injury. This is a practice-heavy course designed to build your confidence to lead a class, not just demonstrate it.
Our Approach to Teacher Training

Whether you join our program in Rishikesh or at our center in Delhi, my goal is to strip away the distractions and return to the traditional roots of Hatha and Ashtanga. This is not about learning fancy poses that look good on camera; it is about learning how to teach effectively, safely, and with deep compassion.
What You Will Master
- Alignment & Adjustments: You will learn the 'why' behind every movement. We emphasize hands-on adjustments using props like wall ropes, bricks, and belts to ensure every body type can practice safely.
- Comprehensive Curriculum: Our Yoga Alliance certified 200-hour and 300-hour courses cover Asana, Pranayama, Meditation, Yoga Anatomy, and teaching methodology. You will learn to sequence classes that serve different needs, from pain management to general fitness.
- Traditional Philosophy: We discuss the foundational texts and how to integrate these ancient principles into modern life. As I always say, 'Jo shwaas par niyantran pa lega, wo jeevan par niyantran pa lega' (He who controls his breath, controls his life).
