"What we learn with pleasure, we never forget." Two students practice Balasana (Child's Pose), a posture of rest and surrender.

True alignment in yoga brings balance to both body and mind. Here, a teacher is helping a student find the correct posture.

Partner work is a great way to build trust and go deeper into stretches. Here, a student assists another with a supine hamstring stretch.

A teacher provides a gentle adjustment to a student in a reclined leg stretch, ensuring she gets the maximum benefit without straining.

Students practice Chakrasana (Wheel Pose), some with the support of a yoga wheel. This shows the progression and options available in my class.

A portrait of me. My life's work is to share the love and wisdom of yoga, which frees us from the weight and pain of life.

Students practice Bhujangasana (Cobra Pose) against the wall, a great way to open the chest and strengthen the back. The chanting in the background creates a devotional atmosphere.

About Student Stories & Our Studio

You might be coming from a high-intensity gym background and feel skeptical about whether traditional yoga can give you similar results. I hear this often. At our Delhi center, we don't just teach poses; we teach you to use props like wall ropes and wooden bricks to build strength safely. Students who were initially unsure often find that this method allows them to go deeper into stretches and find a level of focus they never reached with weight training. It is not just about flexibility; it is about finding a sustainable pace.
