For those suffering from cervical pain, neck stiffness, or shoulder aches from office work, I teach simple exercises you can do at home. This video shows how to use everyday items like a water bottle to begin the healing process.

Sciatica can be a very difficult pain to manage. I explain a simple and effective remedy using just a wall to support your legs. This position helps calm the nervous system and provides great relief, and is also beneficial for women during their periods.

Many women experience painful cramps and discomfort during their periods. I share a few gentle asanas like Baddhakonasana and Marjaryasana, along with a recipe for a herbal tea, to provide natural and effective relief.

If you struggle with constipation, gas, or bloating, your morning routine is very important. I guide you through a series of asanas and movements to stimulate the digestive system and help you feel fresh and light.
