About Become a Certified Yoga Teacher
Teaching yoga is not just about demonstrating perfect asanas; it is about knowing how to modify them for every body. During this training, you will spend your hours practicing hands-on adjustments and spotting techniques, ensuring you understand the safety protocols required to correct a student's posture without risk. You learn to teach, not just to show.
Our 200-hour Yoga Protocol Instructor course is designed to bridge the gap between simple exercise and deep yogic science. Over three months, we move beyond the physical mat to explore Patanjali's Yoga Sutras, Hatha Yoga Pradipika, and essential human physiology.
The Learning Path
- Foundational Wisdom: You will dive into the study of the Yamas, Niyamas, and the energetic science behind Pranayama. We break down the 'why' behind the practice so you can answer questions your future students will ask.
- Practical Anatomy: We teach you to identify common postural issues. You will learn to use props like bricks and straps to help students with limited mobility or chronic pain, applying the principles of medical yoga.
- Real-World Experience: Theory alone is insufficient. Our program includes observation hours in our regular studio classes and peer-reviewed teaching practice. By the time you complete your certification, you will have stood in front of a real class, managed the energy of a room, and delivered clear, precise instructions.
Why Train With Us?
This certification is aligned with Ministry of AYUSH standards, preparing you for both our internal assessment and the voluntary QCI/YCB government exams. Whether you plan to teach in a studio, corporate setting, or online, you will leave with a structured teaching methodology that keeps your students safe and engaged.
